Discovery Education- is a neat tool to use in the classroom because it includes many educational videos, activities, and presentation tools.

Edmodo- is a social networking site used in classrooms and for assignments.

Plicker- is an automatic assessment tool that kids will love doing and is easy for the teacher to get data on the spot.


Smore- is an organized way to create a flyer. Students can use it to put information for a presentation and teachers can use it for a lesson.

Haiku Deck- is a presentation tool for the classroom similar to prezi that makes a presentation come to life.

Edpuzzle- is a way to create your own video lesson, or select parts of other videos into one.

Thinglink inserts humor into lessons. It can be used to share information in a new way or as a brain break.

- Is a fun way to present notes or information with neat designs and backgrounds that will keep students engaged.


- Is an APP that enables you so write (like a whiteboard) while recording your voice. You can prepare several slides and change them as they are recording. This is helpful to create presentations.

Surveymonkey- Is a neat and easy reflection tool that students can complete and you can view and analyze the results the students selected.


- Is a fun game that kids love. They each get to use their own technology to answer the questions. They work hard so they can get the correct answer quickly, so they can earn the most points at the end.

Schooltube- Is a website that gives you access to educational or school related videos. It is useful in a classroom because it has many songs that are changed to help the kids remember information to a common melody.

Mathplayground- is a useful website to use with a math class because it includes games, worksheets, and videos for different levels of math.
